The prices are indicated in euros (€), including taxes (TTC). You can also choose to view the prices in another currency directly on the site. Shipping costs will be added at checkout and vary depending on the destination and chosen delivery method.

Generally, the products available on the site are in stock. If, exceptionally, a product is out of stock, we will inform you promptly and provide a possible additional delay. You will also have the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Decado cannot be held responsible for any indirect damages resulting from the use of products or services purchased through the website.

6. WARRANTIES

6.1 Light Bases (electronic products)
Light bases are covered by a legal warranty of 2 years against defects of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code.

6.2 Acrylic Plates and Customized Products
For acrylic plates and other customized products made from wood or similar materials, the customer is responsible for handling them carefully. Maintenance instructions are provided on the product page. The warranty does not cover damages caused, even unintentionally, by the customer (drops, exposure to water, etc.).

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

7.1 Customized Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

7.2 Non-Customized Products
Non-customized products, made to order, are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.

7.3 Defective Product
If a product arrives damaged or defective, it will be replaced or refunded after verification.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

In exceptional situations (natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, etc.), delays in manufacturing or delivery may occur. In these cases, we will inform you promptly and proceed with a refund if necessary.

12.1 Rejection of Order Due to Disrespectful Behavior
We reserve the right to reject any order in case of insults, discriminatory remarks, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff.

12.2 Rejection of Orders for Internal Policy Reasons
We reserve the right, in accordance with our internal policy, to refuse the creation of personalized items on the following themes:

  • Religious symbols or messages
  • Violence, war, or propaganda
  • Obscenity or inappropriate content
  • Illicit products or substances
  • Themes related to certain celebrations, such as Christmas, Halloween, or similar holidays
  • Political messages or symbols
